Private Event Pricing & Info

473 is available for booking private events. Whether you are hosting a wedding reception, rehearsal dinner, birthday party, corporate event, luncheon, or any other reason for celebration, our venue and outdoor patio is the perfect place to celebrate. Please see our pricing below for more information.

Wedding Events: Rehearsal Dinners/ Receptions

Monday-Thursday: $1,200
Friday & Sunday: $2,400
Saturdays: $4,000

  • Add-on $1,000 for ceremony

  • 250 Maximum Head Count

  • Open or Cash Bar Options Available

Private Happy Hours/Weekday Corporate Rentals

Monday-Wednesday: $150/hr (3-hr min)
Thursday
$250/hr (3-hr min)

  • 250 Max Head Count

  • Friday, Saturday, Sunday: Not Available for Hourly Rentals (Any private events on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday, will be the same rate as described in the wedding event rates section.)
